When do we need a sinus surgery?

One can cough and sneeze through the mouth and spicy food and use of straw should be avoided.

The surgery has many risks and complications like recurrence failure to resolve issues of infection, bleeding, chronic nasal drainages, effects eyes, loss of smell. Recovery is 3 to 5 days.

Apple cider vinegar is recommended as it contains vitamins,minerals and fiber and is loaded with antioxidants and gets rid of toxins. This is best made with honey, cayenne pepper and lemon wedge.
